I would grade the record at EX+. The vinyil has a shine and I can't see any scuffs or wear. When playing the record there is no noise and the sound is very clear. The Label is nice and clean with one black check mark on the plug side and clean on the back. The Decca records sleeve is VG+ or better.
Record has not been played very many times. I obtained it in 1965 played it once or twice and then it went into storage for 50 plus years.
This record in Promo DJ version does not come up for auction very often and in this great shape almost never. I would love to ship it to your address. I have also listed another early The Who Promo record and I would love to combine it with this one.
Record Plays and looks great. The record surface is nice and shiny.
