This is signed but I have no COA. I'm not advertising it as such as signatures were done with nothing to lean on and are pretty low grade. Genuinely signed by all 4 members at Manchester International II gig when we helped them put their gear away after the show. Billy Corgan refused to sign my t-shirt at the same time ("I'm not signing any dirty, sweaty rag"). Vinyl is very good as is the paper sleeve
