I would grade the record at Ex+ or better.  There are no marks or scuffs on the vinyl that I can see.  When playing the record there is no noise and the sound is very clear and pure. The Label is clear and bright with no marks or handwriting on either side.  The paper sleeve is a white generic. Record Plays and looks great.  The record surface is nice and shiny.  
Record has not been played very many times.  I obtained it in 1964 played it at a couple high school dances then it went into storage for 50 plus years.
