Condition of Hold Me, Thrill Me... is New, still factory sealed. Mint.
U2 Melon condition is also new. I purchased two, one I'm keeping, from a record store, new & unplayed, but not factory sealed. I'm not sure if the album ever was sealed even if directly from the fan club. Idk. The EP it self is mint, but the cover has some shelf wear as pictured.
