Sleeve EX (A wee bit warn on the opening edges(barely noticeable); small burn hole lower left of back, not through front(see pic, the "or" of "Dischord")); otherwise, NM. The sleeve looks like a "Xerox" copy, but not sure; if so, that would make it one of the first 125 pressed
