The Stash Christmas Album--16 Blues and Jazz Classics, Stash Records, Inc. ST125--MONO, 1985.
The title says it all--Christmas classics by various Stash recording artists dating from 1925-1955, with one performance by Louis Armstrong from 1971.
I don't consider myself an "expert" at record grading--I do far more buying than selling--but this is an exceptional example. The vinyl is pristine with no scuffing/scratches or spindle wear. The jacket is free of ring-wear or water damage. All corners are straight and square. No extraneous stickers or other markings. One small (approx. 3/4") area of minor wear on the spine. Original inner sleeve, but I cleaned the album on my VPI RCM and placed it in a fresh poly-lined inner sleeve, as well.
A great addition to anyone's collection or a holiday gift for a fellow enthusiast!
Acquired from a meticulous vinyl enthusiast known for purchasing records, playing them only once or twice, recording them to R2R, and archiving the original album. Based on the condition, I believe that to be the case with this album--a rare find in this condition nonetheless.
