SAAD IBRAHIM “Bariq El Thakra” 45 (Saut El Fan Al-Saudi/SAUDI ARABIAN ORIGINAL!!)
A super strong, fun, and danceable track by this famous Saudi singer on the collectible and rare local Saut El Fan Al-Saudi label, based in Jeddah. I know what you’re thinking “Yeah, as if every Saudi record isn’t collectible”…very true, but not all of them are even half this GOOD! Deserves to be known and mentioned in the same breath as the best of more internationally-known Saudi legends like Mohamed Abdo and Talal Maddah, for sure.
Check out the whole thing and judge for yourself:
Condition: Ranges from VG to G. Would be more solidly VG if it weren’t for two small skips on side B (check the soundclip) which is a bit noisier than side A. Hopefully whoever buys this can perform a little ‘vinyl surgery’ and fix it, cos it deserves it!
Terms (Please read carefully): Payment is due within THREE (3) DAYS via Paypal – no exceptions. **NOTE TO NON-USA BIDDERS: I will only ship outside of the USA using E-bay’s Global Shipping Program, as this protects buyer and seller from loss, damage, etc. This program entails extra fees for international tracking, customs, etc., which results in a high shipping cost. These fees are not set by me (as the seller, I don’t even get to see them), I don’t make any money off of them, and they are NOT NEGOTIABLE. Also, E-bay’s Global Shipping Program does not allow auction wins to be combined into one shipment. This means that if you win more than one auction for me, I will not be able to give you a combined shipping price, but will have to ship each item separately in its own box. If you win more than one item, please pay for each separately.
NOTE: I recently (5/13/2016) spoke with E-bay customer service, who verified that for some items the GSP system has a glitch which allows the bidder to combine multiple items into one order, even though this is explicitly forbidden under the GSP terms. Please do not do this, as it creates problems for me when I have to print out labels for the packages (sometimes E-bay does not allow me to print out the necessary number of labels). If you live outside of the USA and combine orders at the time of payment, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction if it causes problems. Please pay for each item separately!**
**ADDITIONAL SPECIAL NOTE FOR NON-USA BIDDERS: It is YOUR responsibility to understand the impact of the Global Shipping Program on the cost of shipments to your country BEFORE YOU BID on my auctions. I DO NOT WORK FOR E-BAY and cannot answer your questions about shipping costs. As clearly stated above, I do not have any control over how much you are charged, nor even any way to know how much you are charged (or will be charged). Please do not send me questions about this.**
***RELATED TO THIS, I will not answer any requests received during or after an auction about shipping to non-USA locations for a cheaper amount using some other option that isn’t the Global Shipping Program. I get an average of 3 or 4 of these kinds of questions per week, and the answer will always be no. Please don’t waste my time or your time by asking for me to violate my own shipping policy.***
USA bidders (or non-USA bidders with USA addresses registered with E-bay and Paypal!): I will gladly combine your wins into the fewest shipments possible. Please wait until this week’s auctions are finished and I will send you an invoice with the correct combined shipping total for your location. Please do not pay the automatically generated invoice from E-bay that will overcharge you for shipping.
Your item(s) will be shipped within ten (10) days of receiving cleared payment.
Please see my other auctions for more rare music.
