In terms of record gradings either my records are very good or Near mint.
Very good means that the record is basically clean with no scratches and plays very well, if their are some minor light scratches or surface noise i will mention it here in the comments.
Near mint means it looks and plays like new
This record it is in Very Good condition, and all of my records have been played by me and looked at carefully then i grade them.
