I was the Los Angeles-area College Music Rep for Sony Music (Epic & Columbia Record Labels) from 1995-1997.  In May of 1995, our Sony Music Los Angeles Branch office organized a performance with Jeff Buckley at Tower Records in Westwood, CA.  Jeff played a stripped-down performance with his band and then they signed autographs.  Before the set I got Jeff to sign my copy of Live at Sin-e in black sharpie marker.  To my pleasant surprise, he wrote "Die Hippie Die, All My Love, Jeff Buckley".
