Excellent Gift for the Vinyl Collector!!!!
Have confidence, I'm selling my own personal vinyl collection. Please read the vinyl and cover grading below.
I haven't seen one as good as this anywhere, I forgot I had it and it sat in my collection!

Here we have my own ULTRA RARE original copy of HAIR - The Original Recording. It is a DOUBLE Long Playing 12" vinyl, 33 rpm, 1979 pressing on the RCA RED SEAL Record Label BL 03274. The LP's have only been played a few times if at all! There is a small ding on the LH side of the sleeve - shame it was mint also. I would rate the vinyl based on the description above and what is currently listed as Mint and the sleeve as Excellent / Near Mint. I think it's the best on offer here on ebay and anywhere else!

Vinyl Grade - Please read.
MINT - Possibly unplayed - excellent condition through out!
NEAR MINT (NM): This record has the lightest of light surface scratches on the vinyl. It should play without  any problem.   EXCELLENT (EX): Minor scuffs which are visible. There may be more than a few scuffs. It should play without any problem!
VERY GOOD (VG): Record shows wear and / or surface scuffs. The vinyl still has great luster, but the flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye. The flaws may cause minor surface noise.
GOOD (G) Record has visible scratches / scuffs but plays without jumping / skipping.
FAIR (F) Record may jump or skip but worth having in the collection.
Cover & Sleeve Grade - Please Read.
MINT (M): No stickers, address labels, writing on the covers or labels. No tears or seam splits. No wear to the cover. 
NEAR MINT (NM): The cover looks as close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and/or age. . EXCELLENT (EX): Artwork is still fair. Some impression to the cover (minor outer ring wear),  but no ink wear! Some creases to the corners, but not wrinkled and obtrusive to the eye.
VERY GOOD (VG): The artwork looks ok with slightly more aging. The back of the cover usually gives away the age of the cover. Flat white paper will be somewhat yellow, yet no stains or mildew from water damage. Some wear to the seams or spine, but no tears or holes popping through.
GOOD (G) Covers may have edge damage, may have creases in more than one place and yellowing.
FAIR (F)  Covers have tears, edge and opening damage, ink marks / writing.
GOOD A few creases and minor tears.
