I have been collecting records for a few years now and need to let go of some.  I always take very good care of my records  by storing them in 3mm plastic sleeves and i always take the records out of the cover and store them in Original Master Mofi Record Sleeves to keep the record protected  and in the same condition as when i bought them and to keep further ring wear on the covers.My records are kept in a smoke free home as well
