This is an original mono (deep groove label) LP: CHARLIE PARKER - COLLECTORS' ITEMS - UNRELEASED MASTERS (Dial / 904).
Record is very glossy with a few light marks on each side - plays great with some background noise that is noticeable but does not overpower or distract from music.
Cover shows noticeable wear (see scans) - some staple holes / paper tearing - top seam split appx. 1/4 inch at opening - spine split appx. 2 inches in center - no writing.
