Beethoven's 32 piano sonatas on 11 LPs played by Wilhelm Kempff. Deutsche Grammophon set. 004901 to 004911. Mono tulip labels, German pressings. I'm guessing from the 1966 promo leaflet for other DG LPs that comes with this set that they're his second recording of the sonatas rather than the earlier one. I bought this second hand five years ago but I doubt they had been played before. The first record has a very light inaudible scratch but the rest are fine. I've played three or four of these records about once each and found the sound quality very good and remarkably static free. Box and booklet immaculate. I can't imagine you could find a set of these in better condition. Please ask about postage costs if buying from outside the UK.
