Up for auction:
Artist: John Coltrane Quartet Title: Crescent
Vinyl: orange/black Impulse labels, Van Gelder in dead wax; VG, enough light marks to visually be a VG, but I think you'll find this plays VG+ for the most part; just some light noise in a couple parts, mainly on side two
Cover: VG+; just some wear and a crease in top right corner; name written in gatefold; no splits, solid spine; original (I assume) inner included

Some more information about my auctions: ***** One quick note about the photos and one other matter. You may notice in the top right corner (mostly) of some of my photos that there is a circular shadow/mark. Just know that is a flaw with my camera and not the vinyl or cover. One other thing I'd like to note, I'm selling a few 10" records this week(s). I usually clean everything but I have no way of cleaning my 10". So, there's a chance that they could be cleaned up a little and be improved. They've all been put into new generic sleeves. If you have any questions about anything, please don't hesitate to ask, I'm more than happy to help. ***** Shipping: All items will be shipped USPS Media Mail and packaged VERY carefully. If you require insurance (not a bad idea) or an upgrade in shipping, please let me know after the auction and I can make the necessary adjustments. Shipping in the USA is $5 for the first and $1 for each additional. I may not notice, so please remind me to reduce the shipping after the auctions. International shipping is $26. I'll adjust the shipping for multiple wins. If your package is over 4 pounds (usually 4+ LPS) we will discuss the best way to ship as it relates to your country. Please contact me with questions specific to your country. Also, please contact me afterwards if there's anything specific I need to do to make sure you get your record. If you can't bid and want to, please get in contact with me and I'll try and fix it. It says that shipping time is 3 days, but I will very likely get it out to you much sooner than that. Grading notes: My gradings are a mix of a recent play test and a visual grade. I'm trying to find the mix of what you'll see when you open the package versus what you'll hear when you play it. I'm finding that a lot of this stuff plays way better than it looks. I've listened to the majority of what I'm listing very recently, but every minute is not possible. Everything I'm listing has been played through fully to make sure there are no repeating skips (if there is, it will be noted). I think you'll find everything will play as graded or better. Pretty much everything has been VPI cleaned and put in a generic sleeve. If I have the company inner sleeve, I'll try to note and include it. If you want to know for sure please ask. Please see pics/description for info or ask any questions you may have, I'm happy to help. Vinyl: Mint (M) - Probably won't use but perfectly sealed. Near Mint (NM) - Rare grade as well but essentially perfect Excellent (Ex) - A light mark or two; nothing that will disrupt play Very Good Plus (VG+) - Some light marks, nothing deep; might get some noise but you'll very much enjoy it Very Good (VG) - More light marks, maybe a small feelable; will play fine just might have a noisy moment or two Good Plus (G+) - Good many marks, maybe even some feelable ones; still enjoyable but do expect some noise; will not have a repeating skip but could possibly jump around on your deck Good (G) - Visually will look bad and play with noise throughout; a jump or repeating skip is possible Fair (F) - Same thing as a Good grading but will likely have a repeating skip(s) and/or jumps Poor (P) - Just flat out wrecked; may or may not play through; I probably didn't play test it Cover: I'll always tell you about the edges/spine and give a grading. With that said, please refer to the pictures for the best representation of what is going on. I feel that's the best way to be sure. Please ask questions if anything is unclear, I'm more than happy to help. Anything that I've graded G+ or worse is sold As Is. I will accept returns on US orders, but will not do partial refunds. International sales As Is. Orders with no payment will be canceled after 5 days. If you haven't paid because you are waiting to bid on my other auctions, please let me know. Thanks for looking!!!
