This item is sold as mint. I have had this item for over 35 years, and is guarenteed to be in mint condition The wallet is completely intact, no rips etc, and the records and covers are in mint condition. I haven't taken any more photos, as I don't want to remove the records from the sleeve. Reason for selling is I am having a clear out of my record collection, and offloading anything I don't want anymore. guarenteed the buyer will be more than pleased with the purchase of this item
