Vinyell Record Store

Welcome to my eBay listing! The records are graded to the best of my ability and honestly to the grading system at the bottom of the page. All records sold come from my own private collection and have been play tested where possible. All records have been cleaned using a record cleaning machine and come from a smoke and pet free house. The records are sent in stiff Music MAX card record boxes along with a polythene record sleeve for extra protection. No records have been damaged in the post so far. Any questions or problems with the records I am always happy to get back to people. Thanks for looking and happy record collecting! Vinylell Records ^_^ H

Vinyl Grading System:

Mint (M) – Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played and still sealed.

Near Mint (NM) – Opened but in brand new condition with no visible surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover and contents are near perfect due to only being handled.

Excellent (EX) – Shows some signs of being played but no lessening in sound quality. Very Light marks where the record had been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times. Cover and contents might have very slight wear and/or creasing but otherwise in excellent condition.

Very Good Plus (VG+) – Better than very good. Obviously been played but very little lessening in sound quality despite the occasional light surface marks. Normal wear on the cover and contents, light edge scuffs or a few light marks.

Very Good (VG) – The record has been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality with the occasional light pops and clicks caused by light visible scratches and marks. Cover may have the start of a seam split, mild scuffs or other minor defects.

Good (G+)  – Can be played without skipping, but will have noticeable surface noise between tracks, light pops and clicks with lots of surface marks and light scratches on the vinyl. Music will often overpower any background noise especially with heavier vinyl. The cover will have mild seam splits, scuffing and other defects. Good+ is normally the lowest I will go with rare records, as the music is still strong albeit with background noise here and there.

Good (G) – The record still plays through without skipping, but has significant groove ware, scratches and surface noise. The cover will look like it has been run over by a truck or thrown into a nursery during play time! Only should be bought as a filler and to be honest I would not waste my time selling these on eBay unless they are very very rare.

Fair (F) – These records will be unplayable and should be thrown in a skip.
