Hollywood Undead - Undead vinyl picture disk
These were limited to only1000 copies so they are extremily rare.
I was sent this by their record label and therefore mine is unnumbered which makes it even more special. The numbers were printed in the blank space on the front. It is still sealed and has never been played. I will include a picture of the ones with the number printed on the front.
