Antique Decca Record's Record Cleaner. Condition is Used. A sweet little promotional item from the era of 78 rpm records. The soft side is a velvet -like material. The idea was that you held the soft side of the disc to the turning record before you set the tonearm to play. This is the only one I have seen. Sorry, NO international sales.
