The record is presumed NM. If purchaser would like me to open and examine before shipping, I'm happy to do that.
The sleeve is VG+ due to very small saw-cut indicating that this was a remainder. There is also a corner ding on the bottom right corner, a light 1 cm crease on the front cover at the spine, and a crease on the back cover at the spine (less than 2") as well as a back cover corner crease (about 2"). There's also a small bit of wear on the top middle of the cover that may only be on the cellophane. It's a bit hard to tell. The top right corner also has a tiny barely noticeable ding and it has poked through the cellophane, as has the bottom right corner.
