RETURNS
-You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Kinky Collectors within 14 days of delivery for a refund or equal replacement.All returned items must be received at our processing facility within 7 working days from the date your return is approved and/or authorized.
-A 15% restocking fee applies to all products returned for "buyer’s remorse" in which case shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Buyer Pays for all RETURN shipping costs, unless the buyer receives the wrong item. Then The Kinky Collectors will pay the return shipping.
-Products that are under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer's Warranty Center.
-The Kinky Collectors is not responsible for any item that is broken after the buyer opens the package. That is a manufacture issue and they buyer must contact the manufacture first.
-The Kinky Collectors is not responsible any items due to shipping and post office "rough" handling. We inspect all items here before mailing out. Insurance is offered at the buyers cost.
-All merchandise must be returned in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging materials included in order to receive credit.
The Kinky Collectors inspect all returned items and reserves the right to award only a partial refund for opened or used merchandise.
The Kinky Collectors do not accept returns after 14 days from the date you received your merchandise so please inspect
