I believe it's a first print it came from an older collection this is being sold as is as it is in poor condition by many people standards.
The records all look good but they do have some staining from water damage you can see it on some of the booklets but it appears that no molding has occurred it was wet and then dried immediately. For handling or displaying and maybe even playing it looks like a good set.
