Vinyl is VG++/VG+    A few light hairlines and storage press marks.  Labels look VG++.     

Sleeve is VG+    Strong VG+.  Minor corner and edge wear/corner cut at bottom left, very mild dark wear/general wear.  Blue Note inner, VG+, mild age discoloration.
