Selling primarily for the Cover with Booklet
Cover - VG+ some wear and dings - Booklet present and intact / has a name written inside front cover - top left corner
Vinyl is not so good - has some scratches (Side 1 - when the narrator is describing the house there are a few clicks and a couple jumps / aside from that plays VG).
Side 2 has a concentric ring mark but, actually plays VG+ through that area.
