When Johnny Jenkins, Duane Allman, Berry Oakley, Jaimoe, and Butch Trucks started making this album in 1969 it was to be a Duane Allman album. But when it was almost finished Duane decided to join his brother and most of these bandmates to record as The Allman Brothers. Rather than waste the tracks, Capricorn Records had Johnny Jenkins re-record the vocals and Voilà...a rare and terrific album! This is the 1974 reissue of the original 1970 LP. Sealed cut corner cutout.
