Condition:

• Vinyl is in"Very Good" condition with very few very minor marks. Plays all the way through with no skips.

• Album sleeve/Cover is in good condition with signs of age and use including some creasings, about an inch long spine spit and three 1 inch or less tears on the opening side of Album cover/sleeve (two tears on the right side one being slightly smaller than the other and one tear on the backside of Album sleeve. There is a small circle the size of a nickel from price sticker residue on the top right hand corner.

This record was purchased used years ago. Since then it has been in my pet free/ smoke free home.
