Relisting as buyer did not agree with rating. I gave it a VG+ on the advice from a record store owner, buyer told me he felt the cover was VG+ and record was a "strong VG". Although ebay agreed with me, they advised me it is policy to issue a refund and then begin an appeal, I lost appeal because I gave refund.
