Sleeve Condition:  Some staining to right front side.  sides bulge outward.   Good
Record Condition: All records are near mint.  no scratches.  look not played.

I inspect records using a strobe flashlight and very critical in rating records.

Record Ratings are:
Mint or Sealed = Like New or is New. 
Near Mint = Nearly New but not Perfect
EX+ = Nearly New but some Imperfections
EX- = Almost EX+
VG+ = Very Good Plus   Some smudges, dust and marks that do not affect play
VG  =  Acceptable  , Noted Condition
