Factory sealed since 1985 and still in beautiful shape. After reviewing the pictures you can see the album is basically mint besides the spine having a minor split (about a 1/2") which looks like it's from the stretchwrap being tight all these years. The stretchwrap is fully intact and shows minimal to no signs of wear. I may be wrong but I included a few pictures of what to me are breath holes at the edge of the album but that's for you to decide.
