Little Joe & La Familia & Cannibal & Headhunters LP LOT -EL ZARAPE ORIG/ LATIN.
original first pressings
#1 [rare] Little Joe " Por un Amor" El Zarape -1002
vinyl: VG /VG- ( shows under bright light evaluations a much loved record, lines, non- feelable scratches, light superficial brush line marks from paper sleeve, spindle hole shows wear of lots of playtime, inked label ' US Marine '69'(.?) other than that NO feelable scratches, No nicks, no divets, no foriegn gunk .. in grooves and Clean!
Cover: VG+ ( seams still tight, lots of bright color, ' Bosco' inkined upper left corner- Spanish language line notes - sm paper loss bottom left corner/ about El Zarape records came out of Houston, Texas and was an important record label to the Mexicano/ Mexican-Americans, Chicano/ Tex Mex muscians who the traditional well- established White "record labels ignored, or saw little "market value" signing this Latin talent to record deals..... Bam! Then came El Zarape Records
* my guess on inked label and specific references noted, is this Chicano went to Vietnam as a U.S. Marine, ---or knew someone who did... 'Bosco' is a reference to a well- respected Tech High school in East L.A. area...just assumptions here though
#2 Land of 1000 Dances Cannibal & The Headhunters
Date Records TEM 3001
Vinyl: VG+ ( very clean record... the cover not so much.....)
Cover: VG- / G ( original, taped upper lower seam, spotting on reverse - otherwise Clean from graphic still very presentable..)
