Vinyl: Plays very good, slight background crackle throughout and a few clicks here and there. Vinyl looks glossy with some light surface marks. There's a mark on side 4 where I think I got a bit heavy handed while cleaning back in the day (I haven't played my vinyl for more than 25 years!) but on play through I can't detect it affecting the sound.
Sleeve: Printed inner sleeves and outer sleeve in excellent condition. See pics
I package my vinyl in professional, strong record mailers and place all vinyl in archival anti-static inner sleeves.
