Blondie "Parallel Lines"  Picture Disc with Clear Border Chrysalis Records  CHP 5001 No. 003537 of 3000?
Disc is new and NM+.  Cover has a couple of creases on the front near the narrow part of the die-cut for the picture disc.  See pictures.
This is the version with a clear border around the picture disc!
