Every pre-owned album is cleaned, played, resleeved, and inserted into a new outer sleeve for protection. The albums are played on a high-end, revealing audio system (VPI Prime Scout TT w/ Grado Reference Sonata cartridge). If I will not play a record in my system, I will not sell it on eBay. I typically donate 30 - 40% of the pre-owned albums I purchase to charity. Pre-owned CD’s and DVD/BD’s are also played to verify no issues exist. I do not rate album covers, CD jewel cases or DVD-BD cases because the photos in the post are of the actual item for sale. These are the condition categories I use to rate media.
Very Good Record - A record that may have some mars and other visible defects, but playback is not affected. This album has been played, but has plenty of life left in it.
