1967 1st East Coast stereo press with the Emerson Lawsuit threat sticker over the torso image... a second state package.
Most of the banana sticker remains unpeeled! The cover definitely has a cool look as a result.
The vinyl is visually clean and has just light scratches that are not remotely feelable and do not affect play. The visual grade on this is VG+.
The cover has some wear and is VG. Solid spine and gatefold with NO splitting.
