This is in great shape. There are a few age spots on a couple of the outside of the pages and the cover. (See last few photos). There is also a little mark on the edge of the record (see last photo) but it does not affect the record at all. There are not any scratches on either side. It plays great. No skipping.
This book looks like it has never been read and the record never played! It is a great vintage piece.
