Beholding the One in All is a 1985 pressing of a talk by Yogananda on his birthday in 1949 Songs of my Heart is a 1975 pressing. It is a compilation of 78's made of Yoganada's "Chants & Poems"
They both look (vinyl & sleeve) & play a strong VG+
M - reserved for sealed records.
NM Near Mint with only one or two insignificant defects.
EX Looks &/or plays just short of NM
VG+ Used but not abused. Will have some audible imperfections but no serious problems.
VG A well used record that still sounds OK but will have some pops &/or surface noise but nowhere near the volume of the music
VG- A very worn record that plays through without repeating or has a skip that loses more than a couple of notes/words.
It will have defects that will be noted.
