Just in time for Veterans Day, the vinyl is glossy & bright with no scratches or smudges and just a little spindle hole wear; VG++! It’s still in its original Audio Fidelity plastic inner sleeve; VG+. The jacket is strong & showing some shelf wear and a 1-inch split at the bottom; GOOD++.
This recording was made on the naval vessel U.S.S. Enterprise in 1963, one year after it’s commissioning in 1962. She was the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and the eighth United States naval vessel to bear the name. {Yes, followed eventually by the U.S.S. (United Star Ship) Enterprise (NCC-1701) that STAR TREK ‘future history’ tells us was commissioned in the year 2245. ;-) )
