Columbia PC 9700. There are 3 Reissues catalogued on discogs, 2 do not provide, 1 provides a date of 1980, so I will assume mine is a 1980 reissue, although the exact matrix I found on mine was on one of the listings without a date:

Jacket with light corner and edge wear, no splits, rings or marks. LP stored in plain white inner sleeve, LOOKS GREAT with no scratches seen on clean vinyl, I'll grade NM.
