Outer sleeve has a cut made in it. This extends to the inner sleeve. Two edges on the inner sleeve have split. Also pictured. I will secure prior to posting to allow repair as you feel best.
Vinyl is clean and other than the two stated details of the sleeve, it's in really nice condition too.
