Beautiful original 1967 copy of the Joy Strings' Well Seasoned LP on US Epic LN-24321. The Joy Strings were a UK group of young London hipsters who were also members of the Salvation Army band. They did a few rockish records with a Christian bent, sort of folk-pop flavored Seekers-style sweetness. This is their finest moment, their only Christmas album, featuring loads of traditional favorites and some new ones. Groovy and lovin' Christmas warmth... and this copy is just beautiful. The disc is nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and beautifully. The cover is also just beautiful, with only slight wear. A little edgewear here and there, but barely. And just some general age, but overall just gorgeous. A hard copy to beat.
