Disc is Excellent, looks new and unplayed.  Outer Sleeve is in Excellent with a gold promo stamp on the front. Inner sleeve is VG with an approx. 3" split at the front left. See pictures.

I am not a professional grader, and I grade by eye.  All sealed records will be graded as mint/mint unless there is obvious damage/wear to the cover/sleeve, which will be noted above and pictured.
