This is a neat one. Live Yardbirds Featuring Jimmy Page. This was originally supposed to be official (this copy looks like and is a legit Epic release). But then it was yanked. Only a few copies got out. Even fewer white label promos. Pretty rare.
The cover seams are starting to split as shown. The top seam is completely gone. But the vinyl is clean and grades VG. Scuffs and light scratches are there hence the VG grade.
