Ministry "With Sympathy" Original 12" LP, 1983 Arista Records - AL 6608
Disc is Excellent, looks new and unplayed.  Outer Sleeve is VG+  with minor edge wear and a cut out chop on the front upper right corner (Which DOES NOT go through the inner sleeve). Inner sleeve is also VG with some buckling and creasing. See pictures.

I am not a professional grader, and I grade by eye.  All sealed records will be graded as NM/NM unless there is obvious damage/wear to the cover/sleeve, which will be noted above and pictured.
