Jacket is GD+++ - clean with decent graphics with some ring ware or shelf wear . A 4" bottom split and small 1" bottom corner tape mark and a dried water stain on the bottom right side.
Record LP is almost flawless and appears never played
Could probably list as mint condition instead of near mint for the lp record
