Up for sale is a lot of Vintage Children's Books with Records. 
These range from Acceptable to Good condition. 
Pages are clean - I do not see any writings or stains unless noted. Some have dog ears. Cover wear: staining, corners/edges, small tears, etc. They have not been tested. Records have scratches (do not feel deep) and need cleaning due to being in storage. 
Good Condition- (have been taken care of a little bit better than Acceptable and covers show less wear).
Parade of the Wooden Soldiers #PP 1022 - Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. This is not a book with record, it is a record with a cardboard sleeve. The sleeve has creases/bends on front and back. 
The Owl that didn't Give a Hoot # 2000 - Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. There is a spot missing of the picture/words on the front cover on top right, appx 3/4" wide by 1/4" tall. 
Bugs Bunny in What's Up Mac Doc (Moon Bunny on Side 2) # S53-4, RC-1. Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. Record Only w/ White Paper Sleeve. 
Blinky, The Lighthouse Ship # 1954 - A & B. Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. Record Only w/White Paper Sleeve. There is a name written in pencil on the label.
The Peter Pan Chorus Sings # S53-2, RC-1. Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. Record Only w/White Paper Sleeve. 
The Peter Pan Chorus Sings # S53 -1, RC-1. Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. Record Only w/white Paper Sleeve. 
Peter Rabbit # 1949 A & B. Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. Record Only w/white Paper Sleeve. There is 50 cents and initials written in pen on paper sleeve.
The Black Stallion Returns # 459. Disneyland Records. 33 1/3 RPM. 1983. There is a little bit of staining on the last page - looks like from the cover fading on it. 
Bunny Hop # F1230. Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM Extended play. This is a record with a cardboard sleeve - not a story book record. The sleeve shows wear - mostly on the edges/corners. The bottom of the sleeve needs resealed. 
Casper The Friendly Ghost Jungle Friends #1970. Peter Pan Records. 45 RPM. 1973. There is a name written on the inside cover in pencil. One page has a tiny tear at the top. 
My First Birthday Party # KSR 432. Kidz Zstuff Records. 1979. 33 1/3. This is a special bonus book - color the pictures. It is all black and white pages. There is a page that has been colored on and a crayon mark on another page. 

Acceptable - (have been used a lot, show a lot of wear, mostly on the cover) 
Froggy Went A Courtin' Talking Story #B-20  - Magic Media - 1978. 33 1/3 RPM. Front and back cover shows a lot of wear. The back page is a "Color Us" page and it has been colored on. There is not a "record holder" inside the book, it just lies in the back. 
The Speedy Little Taxi # 1926 - Peter Pan Records - I do not see a date. 45 RPM. Cover shows a lot of wear on front and back. Pages look fine. 
Peter Pan # 1939 - Peter Pan Records. The book shows A LOT of wear - on the cover and pages. The record is not the correct one. It is The Peter Pan Chorus Sings. 
Huckleberry Hound At The Firehouse #1962 - Peter Pan Records. 1974. The book shows a lot of wear on the cover - it has been taped completely down the spine - it is not intact with the pages. Inside back cover is places where the pictures/wording is missing.
Numbers # 00167 - A Little Golden Book & Record. 1955. 45 RPM. Cover shows wear on front and back. It has tears down the spine on the front. Pages have a stain on the top of the pages throughout the book. 
My First Book About Jesus # 00333 - Wonderland Record. 45 RPM. 1982. There is a name written on the inside page in pen. There is not a "Flap" to hold the record in the book - someone cut a slit on the back cover appx 3 1/2" long to hold the record. There is a blue round sticker on the front cover on top right corner.
Songs for Children 6 - 8 (Religious) # BR-1-P. Broadman Records. ********IT IS NOT THE CORRECT RECORD******. The record is Puff the Magic Dragon # 00206 - A & B. A.A. Records. 45 RPM. Didn't notice until after pics were taken. There is a scratch that does feel deeper than a light scratch.
