Metallica Vintage 1984 Creeping Death UK 12" Vinyl Single, VG/VG. This is the version of the single described at discogs.com/release/1408736; in the last pic you can (hopefully) make out the "tim tom cbs" in the runout groove of Side A. I could possibly argue this item is closer to VG+, especially the sleeve (see pics), but I'm calling it VG because I tend to grade a bit conservatively.
