STATUS QUO - Piledriver
1972 UK first issue 8-track vinyl LP on the 'swirl' label, the fifth studio album by the English rock band was also the first to be produced by the group themselves and first on the Vertigo label after their departure from Pye Records, including the single Paper Plane and a great cover of the Door's classic Roadhouse Blues. Housed in a matt gatefold picture sleeve printed with lyrics on the inside.
Original UK 1st press vinyl LP gatefold record in on the early 'swirl' VERTIGO record label from 1972.

This vinyl is in EX condition with only one or two minor surface scuffs to vinyl both sides. Labels are tidy with undamaged center label spindle holes. The vinyl remain in great condition retaining a glorious luster after years 50+ on!.

Sleeve :
This gatefold sleeve is in EX condition. Printing is exceptionally bold and images are sharp. This is the early satin surface issue sleeve. Some light handling & minor staining to back & front. Comes with original swirl printed Virtigo company inner sleeve complete with plastic inner & in EX condition.
