This is the vinyl LP of: Willie Nelson – Red Headed Stranger. This is the 2008 reissue from Columbia / Legacy. Sonically this is a killer sounding pressing!
I bought this brand new. It was one of the first records I bought when I got back into collecting and my storage methods weren't as militant as they later became. Thus, there are some issues: The outer sleeve is sort of flattened. It was hard to capture in the pictures, but I don't know how else to explain it other than the sleeve/spine is somewhat flattened. There is a decent crease on the bottom left corner (and bottom right of back sleeve). There is some shelf wear on the open sleeve edge. The inner sleeves has a little crinkle and the very beginnings of a split seam on one edge. As for the record itself, visually it looks fantastic and just has a minor scuff. Sound-wise the music is very quiet/sparse and, as such, there is some audible surface noise. It's not *bad* surface noise, but it is there. (Hence the VG+.) See pics!! NOTE: That price tag residue is ONLY on the outer plastic, not on the actual sleeve. The generic paper inner sleeve has been upgraded to a MoFi audiophile sleeve.
