Condition Notes:
I use this term sparingly, but this is truly a 'rare' record - Mark Eric was picked to be the 'next Beach Boys' pop star, but only recorded 1 record before turning to a failed acting career.
Clean copies of these are highly sought after and do not turn up often.
The record plays very clean, but please note it has a lot of 'streaks' like someone tried to clean it (maybe?) but they do not affect sound quality at all - see pictures.
Sleeve has 2 factory punches, one that does through both front and back and one that just goes through the rear cover - see pictures.
Goldmine Standard Grading: VG+
Summary: Will show minor signs that it was played, otherwise handled and stored with care
Record: Very light marks, wear or scratches on record, plays with minimal to minor surface noise, none of the issues should affect one's listening experiences, no skips
