Nice copy of the original 1959 first stereo pressing of the Ray Charles at Newport LP on Atlantic green label SD-1289. The disc has some scuffs and surface marks but plays really nicely, with only light background crackle between songs, and on the one softer tune on side two, where you can hear a bit of crackle during the music, but not bad. The music is so loud and clear it completely drowns out the background noise almost all of the time, and sounds great. The cover has a seam split in the center of the bottom edge, and some very minor general shelfwear, but is shiny amd beautiful with only minor signs of age and use. Really a nice original copy.
