The cover and paper insert has staining and is wrinkled. The cover has cardboard fraying the top and bottom edge see photos. It has shelf wear. The record had some scratches and scuff marks. The record can use a cleaning as it looks dusty. I will leave the cleaning up to the new buyer. I took close up pictures of the worst wear.
